Choose one of the following options when registering for the Driver Education Course (either classroom or online):

• Call the office and request a Registration Packet be sent to your home
• Print out and mail in Registration Form
• Use online registration
• Visit the office and fill out Registration Form

Choose one of the following options when registering for Driving Lessons:

• Call the office and request a Registration Form be sent to your home
• Print out and mail in Registration Form
  • Student Registration for driving lessons
  • Adult Registration for driving lessons
• Visit the office and fill out Registration Form

Note: You must have completed the Driver Education Course with Northeast Indiana Driving Academy to qualify for the Drive Test.

Please call the office if you are interested. When you take the Drive Test, bring both your paper and plastic permit with you.
